New Year – New You in Body, Mind & Spirit

What a way to end the year! Laurel Herman, The Blissed Out Chef, wowed us at our December’s Gathering with her culinary skills and inspired us to cook and eat mindfully. Here is her recipe for her yummy Aloo Sag Spinach dish. Sweet potatoes added a colorfully sweet touch to the dish.

We love the idea of eating healthy and know that sometimes we crave foods that are not so healthy, but during the Richmond MindBodySpirit’s January Gathering Terri McDowell, OTR/L and Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, will help us understand our cravings and give us some ways to conquer them.
